Other than the deck for my home, this was the biggest, longest most involved build to date, but oh how this paid off.
I picked up the 9 rough cut 8″x8″ posts; planed, cut, sanded and oiled which took roughly 3 months of afternoons and weekends to complete.
The end result is a ~1000lb hand made bed, from scratch and looking back, I am glad I took the first step, which ultimately led me to the result below.
